Blackpool Police have issued this urgent appeal – We are appealing for information to help identify this man in connection with an offence of outraging public decency in Blackpool.

Police were called around 2.30pm on January 9 after a report a man was seen behaving inappropriately around the middle walk on the Promenade, opposite the Imperial Hotel.

Officers are appealing for the public’s help in identifying this man, pictured, as part of their enquiries.

PC Katie Phillips, of Blackpool Police, said: “We know someone will recognise the man pictured.

“If you know who he is, please come forward and speak to police.”
