On Thursday, January 21st, a 14-year-old girl was sexually assaulted by a man at a house on All Saints Road in the town.
Officers have been investigating since the incident and as part of that, they still need to speak to the man in the image.
DC Steve Jones from Blackpool CID said: “We have been on with a number of enquiries following the report and as part of that, it’s key that we find this man.
“If you recognise him or indeed you think this is you, please make contact with us as soon as possible.”
