Following the dumping of refuse bags adjacent to bins, Fylde Council have issued an appeal asking for restraint when discarding rubbish in such a manner.  Whilst saying that this is ‘not fly-tipping’, the Council say that seagulls get in the bags – and consequently leave even more mess that has to be cleaned up.

The advice from Fylde Council is ‘If the bin is full, please either find another or take your rubbish home with you.’
