Changes to timetable effective from today
From Blackpool Transport website – Here’s a summary of how things will look over Christmas & New Year.
Monday 20th – Thursday 23rd December
We will operate a Saturday service on our buses. Trams will run as normal.
Christmas Eve (Friday 24th)
We will operate a Saturday service on our buses until roughly 19:00. (So our teams can get in bed before Santa arrives) Trams will run as normal until roughly 20:00.
Christmas Day (Saturday 25th)
No bus or tram services will run on this day.
Boxing Day (Sunday 26th)
Services 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 9, 11 & 14 will operate a Sunday service until roughly 18:00. No trams will run on Boxing day.
Monday 27th December
We will operate a Sunday Service on our buses due to the Bank holiday, trams will run as normal.
Tuesday 28th December
We will operate a Sunday Service on our buses due to the Bank holiday, trams will run as normal.
Wednesday 29th & Thursday 30th December
We will operate a Saturday service on our buses on both days. Trams will run as normal.
News Years Eve (Friday 31st)
We will operate a Saturday bus service until roughly 20:00. Our trams will run as normal until 20:00.
New Years Day (Saturday 1st January)
Our services 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 9, 11 & 14 will operate a Sunday service until roughly 18:00. There will be no trams running on New Year’s Day.
Sunday 2nd & Monday 3rd January
We will operate a Sunday service on our buses due to the Bank Holiday. Trams will run as normal.
Tuesday 4th January
All services will return to their normal timetables.
