The successful applicant must be able to work around four days a week on a flexible rota, maybe more during summer months.
The ability to work under your own initiative as well as part of a close knit team is of paramount importance.
Lytham Hall can be a very busy environment, so working with a high turnover of orders is essential.
A hard working attitude and reliability are qualities of which we expect.

The ability to prepare food, timing, presentation, and an understanding of food hygiene are the attributes of which we are looking for.
The minium wage, pension scheme, and allocation of holidays are standard.
