Following a four-day trial at Preston Crown Court (pictured above), a 62-year-old music tutor from Clifton Drive North, St. Anne’s has been found guilty of seven counts of indecent assault at Preston Crown Court.

The Court heard that Gary Fox, whilst working as a private music tutor in the late 1990s, repeatedly sexually abused a 14-year-old girl.

Following the guilty verdict, Fox will return to Preston Crown Court to be sentenced on Friday, 26^th November.
