The Red Arrows Return To The Fylde Skies This Coming Weekend

The Red Arrows make a high flying speedy return to the skies above the Fylde this weekend when they stop off at Blackpool Airport on their return from Friday’s International Sanicole Airshow in Belgium. On Saturday afternoon the famous RAF fleet will return for an overnight stay at Hangar Three before they zoom off to their home station at RAF Scampton in Lincolnshire on Sunday morning.

Sharing the news an Airport spokesperson added, ‘The airport isn’t open to the general public but you can catch a glimpse of them at the perimeter fence near Morrisons or from our lovely sand dunes at Squires Gate!’

The Airport has given these timings for The Red Arrows arrival on Saturday afternoon (11th September) and departure on Sunday morning (12th September).

  • The Red Arrows arrive at Blackpool Airport at 4.18 p.m. on Saturday (September 11)
  • The Red Arrows depart from Blackpool Airport at 10.14 a.m. on Sunday (September 12)
