The Blackpool Model Tramway Exhibition is set to return after four years absence. The two day exhibition will include 25 layouts, depicting scenes not only from Blackpool but from tram systems from across the UK and the rest of the world.
The special event, organised by Burnley-based Corporation Model Trams, is supported by the Tramway and Light Railway Society and takes place on Saturday April 29 (10 a.m. – 5 p.m.) and Sunday April 30 (10 a.m. – 4 p.m.).at the Solaris Centre, on New South Promenade
The organisers promise demonstrations, trade stands offering model trams, track kits and other items, and interactive displays allowing visitors to get involved.
Entry to the event will cost £6 for adults and £4 for children.
