Today is Blue Monday – known as the most depressing day of the year 😱 but fear not as there’s still lots of reasons to be happy this Monday.

☕️ the lovely people at Samaritans have renamed today Brew Monday, a day of positivity, so get yourself a cuppa and get together virtually with friends

☔️ we’re in for a soggy week but not until tomorrow so let’s be grateful we can fit in a dry walk today!
