Locals are warning others about a email scam from fraudsters pretending to be DPD!!

Annabel from Lytham took to a local group, to kindly warn others what to look out for, and NOT to click the link

DPD SCAM ALERT!
Received an email yesterday which was a fake and particularly disturbing if you are expecting deliveries for Christmas. The email leads you to a fake DPD site which asks for your card details and doesn’t state the amount you are paying for redelivery. I was expecting a delivery and could have missed it, however, the website was clearly fake. If your get an email like this…. Please delete it!

Sadly at this time of year as deliveries increase, so does fraud and scamming. Stay alert ⚠️
