Blackpool Police have commented –

Officers investigating organised criminal activity in Fleetwood have made two arrests.
The arrest came as a result of a warrant being executed in the High Gate area of the town yesterday (October 26).
A 34-year-old man from Fleetwood and a 30-year-old woman from Fleetwood have both been arrested on suspicion of cannabis cultivation and possession of Class A and Class B drugs. They remain in custody at this time.
We are committed to tackling all forms of criminal activity including the use, supply and production of controlled drugs. We fully understand the misery it causes.
We hope these arrests will give residents confidence to report anything suspicious to police, knowing that their information will be acted upon.
