A local named James Sampson took to a Facebook group last night to share his disgust about a neighbours bin area. The bin which appears to be without a lid, is home to hundreds of crawling maggots that have made their way into the surrounding areas, up the walls and onto the floor.

With the weather currently hitting temperatures of 29/30 degrees Celsius in Lytham St Anne’s, an open bin is the perfect spot for festering flies and maggots.

Unsure as to who to report this issue to, James discussed that the bin was situated in close proximity to his house, stating “Me and my neighbour both have dogs and leave our doors and windows open for them. I’m dreading when they all turn into flies.”
