From Lancashire Police –

Have you seen missing teenagers Jacob Jay Whittle and Justin Freitas?
Justin, 13, (pictured on the right) was last seen in the Barnes Street area of Clayton-le-Moors on June 2.

Jacob, 14, (pictured on the left) was last seen in the Keswick Close area of Huncoat at 10.30am on June 2.

Justin is white, 5ft 4ins tall with short dark brown hair. He was last seen wearing dark jogging bottoms, a dark hoody and trainers.

Jacob is white, slim with short blonde hair. He was last seen wearing a black jumper, black Hoodrich joggers and black Nike trainers..

The boys, who have links to Preston and Blackpool, are believed to be together.

We have carried out numerous enquiries to locate the boys. As part of our ongoing investigation we are now asking for the public to come forward with any information on their whereabouts.

We are also appealing directly to Justin and Jacob to make contact with us or their families if they see this appeal.
