Summary of today’s callouts šŸ‘‡

ā—Emergency call out x2ā—(February 19)

We were called out at 13.29 this afternoon to reports of a person possibly in danger of being cut off by the incoming tide on St Anne’s beach, our volunteers arrived on scene and started searching the area. No cause for concern found so we were stood down.
A false alarm with good intent.šŸ‘

Our second emergency call came through at 19.07 this evening to assist Fylde Police with the search for a missing vulnerable person on St Anne’s beach, our volunteers deployed onto the beach and searched a vast area, with some entering the water at points to investigate things spotted, a short time later the person was located so we transferred them back to shore and passed them into the care of North West Ambulance Service.
