When should you take down your Christmas tree?

Plus a handy guide to local facilities for the recycling of real trees ♻️🎄

There’s been nothing normal about 2020, and now Christmas is all but over, when should you take down your tree?

Some people are very superstitious about this, and with this year being challenging enough, some people don’t want risk the chance of any bad luck by not removing the tree in time 🤞

Many people belive it should be done by 12th night, which is traditionally the 6th January, whilst other people firmly believe that it should be gone by midnight on New Year’s Eve, so to avoid carrying any ‘baggage’ or negativity from the current year into the new year.

With new years eve celebrations pretty much cancelled beyond your own household, when will you be removing your tree? Many people put their trees up earlier than usual this year, are you sick of it now 😂?

Real trees can used for wildlife projects avd sea defenses on the Fylde coastline.

Here’s some useful information about how you how and where you can recycle your real tree. 🎄👍♻️
