Sandgrounder Radio have today launched a brand new competition, in which a lucky local business will win themselves £500 of radio advertising.

The ‘Sandgrounder Switch’ was launched on the Breakfast Show this morning.

“2020 has been the most challenging year for many people, especially local, independent businesses. Here at Sandgrounder Radio we wanted to do something, as a local, independent business ourselves to help.

We cover The Liverpool City Region and Fylde Coast areas on DAB+ Digital Radio as well as Online and have the platform to help local businesses tell potential customers about what they do”.

We’ll then, with the ’06 Vauxhall Sandgrounder Astra’ provide each business with a DAB Digital Radio and get them ‘switched to Sandgrounder Radio’..

At the end of November, just in time for Christmas, a business will win themselves £500 of radio advertising.

Listeners can also nominate their favourite local business and just for doing so will be entered into a prize draw to win a £50 shopping voucher.
