WOMAN BADLY INJURED IN PRESTON BAR BRAWL.

She suffered a broken jaw, and lost several teeth in the savage attack.

Police are appealing for witnesses, and keen to identify these 2 people in relation to the incident.

“Detectives are appealing for information to identify this man and woman in connection with an assault investigation in Preston.

Police were called around 3.25am on Friday (July 23) to a report a woman had been attacked outside Replay bar in Main Sprit Weind, off Church Street.

Around 3am the victim, a woman in her 20s, was punched to the face, suffering a broken jaw. The woman also lost several teeth in the attack. She was later taken to Royal Preston Hospital for treatment.

Following CCTV enquiries police are keen to identify these two people in connection with the investigation.

Det Con Gary Brackley, of Preston CID, said: “This is a police appeal to identify two people following a particularly nasty and unprovoked attack.

“The victim was acting as a peacemaker in a fight between two women when she was assaulted. Given the injuries and circumstances of the attack we are urging witnesses to come forward to assist with identifying the individuals responsible.

“We are particularly keen to speak to this man and woman who we believe can assist our enquiries.”
