Residents were alarmed when a car crashed into a Blackpool garden wall on Friday night. Four men were in the vehicle, three ran off but the fourth had what appeared to be two broken legs – so he couldn’t run. The crash was videoed by a neighbour – and the Police have the full pictures of the crash.
