“Another sleepless night on The Leylands Lytham due to partying in Lowther Gardens from 10 pm until 5 am!! Music shouting and singing! It’s every weekend have called the police several time but told to email complaint! Last night they actually arrived to chase them off. They then ran into our close jumping over walls! Need lighting and regular security at night in Lowther!!!”
