Bake Off Finalist To Open New Patisserie On The Crescent In St. Anne’s

Raf Perussi, a finalist on Channel 4’s Bake Off: The Professionals, has announced he will be opening a new patisserie called Beurre in The Crescent, St. Anne’s soon (See photograph below). Raf truly wowed the judges in the 2023 season of Bake Off when he appeared with his team-mate Andrew Harwood of the acclaimed Harwoods Patisserie in Standish, Wigan (pictured below)

Speaking of his new venture in St Anne’s Raf said, ‘I can’t wait to delight your taste buds with my experience and creativity. Thank you for your support and I hope to see you soon at Beurre Patisserie.’
