It has been reported that today at 5pm, the Police are currently down Clifton Street in Lytham checking at houses and flats if people are isolating.

Anyone in Lytham self-isolating after a holiday or those informed by track and trace that they have been in contact with a covid case will have the police knocking on their door and checking if they are home.

If those who are legally meant to be self-isolating are leaving the house they may face fines which the police are authorised to hand out.
