Could You Be The Gruffalo In Blackpool? Or Perhaps Peter Rabbit?

Could you be a great Gruffalo or a perky Peter Rabbit? Then Merlin Entertainments in Blackpool have just the job for you.

Actors are required for the new 2024 season to play a mixture of roles, including face and costume character work. And this includes playing as the world’s best-loved monster Gruffalo or even Peter Rabbit.

Merlin say that this exciting new role will involve elite visitor interaction, so improvisational skills are a must. You may also be required to act as a buddy for Merlin’s onsite characters, as well as displaying a great sense of humour. Overall, Merlin are looking for performers with a sense of fun and the willingness to create memorable experiences daily.

Merlin say that these are seasonal, fixed term positions. Contracts will start in February. Shifts can include weekends, bank holidays and peak holiday seasons. The pay ia approximately £10.72 per hour.
