Fylde Police have reported receiving numerous calls from Lytham residents informing them of door to door sellers who were in our area yesterday (Wednesday 27th January)
Police say that they have attended and spoke with all the individuals involved who were not from the local area.
As a result of this, the Police have issued several Covid fines to these individuals.
Door to door selling is not a legal exemption and therefore fines will be issued for a breach of covid regulations.
