Today it has been reported that a deceased dog has been found washed up on St Annes Beach.

On a post on Facebook made by Wendy Mulela on the ‘Homeward Bound’ group, she has reported that the dog is a young female, large full breed.

She also stated that evidence reveals that the dog did not suffer an accidental death, but was deliberate, investigations are ongoing.

It is assumed that whoever did this to the dog has tried to cover it up by throwing it out to sea, however the body has washed back up on the shore.
