The Friday Night Drive In Movies at the Lowther are proving so popular that AFC Fylde’s home at Mill Farm in Wesham will also now be a venue for a Summer series of classic films. The Mill Farm programme will be on Thursday evening, starting on 23rd July with Dunkirk.
This new venue has been initiated as booking for the movie Grease proved so popular at Lytham that it quickly sold out. The showing of the John Travolta & Olivia Newton John 1978 classic has now been extended to a second night, Saturday 18th July. Cars are £20, walkers and cyclists £5 (bring your own rug to sit on!)
AFC Fylde’s programme is also organised by the Lowther Pavilion management, and the ever-popular Grease is scheduled for that venue on Thursday 13th August.
At the new venue at Mill Farm you can see these movies:
July 23 – Dunkirk
July 30 – Back to the Future
August 6 – Mamma Mia: Here We Go Again
August 13 – Grease
August 20 – Fisherman’s Friends
