The St Annes Paddling Pool is once again closed for routine maintenance and cleansing. Fylde Council has apologised for any inconvenience caused, and say the public will be informed when it’s open again.

Having been only open for three days since the last maintenance and deep cleaning took place, visitors and residents have been quick to comment.

Abbie Twist said, ‘Look forward to it being full open in December!’

Having travelled to St.Anne’s on a sunny Summer Monday (8th August), Robyn Morris shared her feelings, ‘Gutted to find this after travelling all the way from Southport today. Managed to squeeze in on the Splash Pad thankfully!’

Geraldine Greenwood said, ‘Great timing weather is good and children on holiday.’

Whilst Janine Susann’s solution was, ‘Just get rid of it. Place is never open!’
