Police and ambulance services have attended an incident on East Beach where there are reports of a “person in a serious condition” lying in the gutter this evening at 19:50 11/01/2021

An eye witness told Lytham St Annes News “the person looks in a bad way, they were just lying in the gutter and being attended to by the paramedics and police were on the scene. It looks like someone has been ran over or fell over by the road works”.
