Were looking for a part-full time team member (20-30 hours a week) to join our ever growing team! Were looking for a team member who will initially work in a floor staff capacity, waiting tables for table service, clearing tables, running food, maintaining store cleanliness, using commercial dishwasher, customer service, maintaining stock levels and good levels of communication with both the bar and kitchen staff! Must be available to work weekends and school holidays.

Are you passionate about customer service? We are a small independent coffee shop with a big attitude, serving up the highest quality coffee / tea and iced based drinks, fresh waffles and hot food. So we need people who strive for perfection!

The role will be varied so you need to be a quick learner and capable of being on your feet 6-9 hours a day in a fast paced hospitality, and customer facing role.

We need individuals who are first and foremost enthusiastic and driven! This is a demanding but fulfilling role with opportunity to progress.

Desirable skills –
Customer service skills & a desire and passion to learn and ensure all drinks / food that leave the shop are perfect everytime!

Being able to work on your feet for long period of time in a fast paced environment.

Being willing and able to work as part of a larger team.

Strong communicative skills and confidence to work in a loud customer facing environment as part of a larger team.

Being enthusiastic and open to new ideas.

A creative flare and a passion to achieve perfection.

Experince working in hospitality sector (however training will be provided!)

Show leadership qualities and an enthusiasm to drive the shop forward.

All training will be provided but a positive and enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn is essential!

Salary per hour meets NMW or above dependent on experience.
