Lancashire Police, in asking for help in identifying and tracing a person, have released an image of an electric bike rider they want to speak to following damage to a vehicle in Blackpool. In their statement, Lancashire Police admit that the picture is ‘not of the highest quality’, but add that image shows someone wearing a balaclava and riding an off-road style electric bike. They are wearing a dark green jacket, dark pants and white trainers.

A Lancashire police spokesperson said: ‘We appreciate this photo is not of the highest quality but if you do know who this is please contact us on 101 quoting log number LC-20240224-1458, or email 4409@lancashire.police.uk’.
