Spars across Lancashire and Merseyside have suffered from a huge IT outage that has put their customers in complete turmoil.

Many Spars have been forced to close their doors, however the Spar in Whalley Place has remained open for essentials.  Mike from the Whalley Place Spar told Lytham St Annes News “we are doing our best by the community. We can only serve essentials such as bread, milk, sandwiches and newspapers”.

IT Engineers are frantically trying to solve the IT Issues however there is no update on when the situation will go back to normal.
