Drunken louts have been seen partying and flouting social distancing rules this weekend on St Annes beach, despite repeated calls from the police to stay at home. The sunbathing and frolicking layabouts have been slammed for putting lives at risk this Saturday (09/05/2020)
The group of intoxicated teenagers have infuriated passers by after wrestling and play fighting on the beach while consuming large volumes of alcohol and inhaling co2 canisters.
To make matters worse they have dumped all their bottles of booze, and empty co2 canisters which has angered local dog walkers. One fuming dog-walker told Lytham St Annes News “I was walking my dog Henry on the beach as part of my daily leaving the house walk, and I saw this group of teenagers drinking and obviously as high as kites, I told them my concerns and they just swore and me and one of the lads stuck his middle finger up at me”.
Another dog walker said “I’m more concerned about the cleanliness of the bottles. My dogs nose touched the bottle and with the Covid-19 crisis and reports that the virus can remain on hard surfaces for up to three days I am now really worried about my dogs health”.
