TK Maxx presents Lytham Festival 2026 is currently recruiting experienced bar staff to work across the popular five-day festival which runs from from 1st July to 5th July on Lytham Green.
Bar staff are being recruited through event staffing company Arc Hospitality, who say they are looking for team members to work in the festival’s VIP area, Champagne Bar and Promoter Bar as thousands of music fans descend on the Fylde coast for the beloved festival.
Successful applicants will be paid £12.75 per hour plus holiday pay, taking total pay to £14.29 per hour. The roles are part-time and temporary, with flexible festival and event-based shifts available throughout the event.

What you’ll be doing:
- Serving drinks from high-volume festival bars
- Operating mass-dispense or packaged product systems
- Keeping queues moving and service efficient
- Working long shifts in a busy, high-energy environment
What we’re looking for:
- Previous bar experience – pubs, festivals, events, or hospitality venues
- Confidence pouring pints and working at speed
- Friendly, reliable, and a strong team player
- Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
- Positive attitude and great customer service skills
