Coming in the prized second place in the Lancashire top ten of most expensive house sales was 7 Church Drive, Lytham St Annes which sold for £1,900,000 on October 9, 2019.
The third most expensive was house sold in Lancashire was 4 Clifton Drive, Lytham St Annes, which sold for £1,625,000 on July 11.
Coming in eighth place was 1 West Beach, Lytham St Annes which sold for £1,160,000 on September 10 = this was the most expensive semi-detached house sold in the county in 2019.
And in tenth place 10th was11, Ballam Oaks, Lytham St Annes, selling for £1,100,000 on May 23.
Although these properties sold for over a million pounds, they pale in comparison to the most expensive property sold in England. The Land Registry reports that at the very end of the year an apartment at One Hyde Park, in Knightsbridge sold for an eye-watering £39.5m. In contrast a terrace house at 2 Pink Street, Burnley sold for just £15,000 on October 11.
As it takes several weeks for sales to be registered after completion some sales from the end of 2019 may not be listed by the Land Registry. Also as the data relies on buyers, or their solicitors, registering the sale with the Land Registry mistakes may happen.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
