By Today Fylde Police have released an appeal to find the missing young man named Norbert. He was last seen on 4th June at 1pm around the Talbot area of Blackpool. Norbert’s friends and family haven’t seen him since, and are becoming increasingly worried about his safety.

Norbert is descrived as a white male, 5ft9, skinny build, short dark brown hair and likely to be wearing black clothing.
