Fylde MP Mark Menzies was joined by County Councillor for St. Anne’s South Steve Rigby to urge residents to have their say with regard to the proposed regulation orders centred upon the parking of Motor Homes along certain roads.
MP Menzies said, ‘Lancashire County Council is currently running a consultation on overnight motorhome parking along the promenade. Many residents have contacted me over this issue, and have been working with local councillors, residents, and businesses to ensure restrictions are put in place.
This isn’t about saying motorhomes are not welcome in Fylde. We would like to see them use the parking facilities provided by Fylde Council that are respectful of local residents and businesses.
The consultation ends on 9th November. Please ensure you have your say.’
