Fylde Police have asked residents not to report the motorhome parked on Fairhaven Road Car Park.

The Police have said, ‘We have received calls about the motorhome shown below. This is being used every Monday between 09:15 – 16:30hrs by the NHS as a drive-through Warfarin monitoring clinic. The team will set up on Fairhaven Road Car Park next to Beach Terrace Café every Monday, between 9.15am and 4.30pm. The vehicle is transformed into a monitoring clinic for people on Warfarin, a blood thinning medicine for those at risk of clots.

The clinic is designed to test patients’ blood to see if their medicine is working properly or if their dose needs changing.’
