MP Mark Menzies says he has written to both Fylde Council and the Environment Agency to ask for talks to find the best way forward on how the miniature railway can be retained within the proposed St. Anne’s sea wall and promenade developments. On a recent visit the MP for Fylde heard about the history of the train and meet the Leeming Family who currently own the popular attraction, Frank Hessey who installed the train, and its driver Stan Oliver.
