The Grapes on Station Road, Wrea Green, has called last orders and closed its doors for the next six weeks. This temporary closure comes as the 19^th Century pub restaurant is set for a major refurbishment, both internally and externally. The popular Chef & Brewer pub restaurant, which overlooks the village green and duck pond, will reopen and once again welcome its many customers on Monday 27^th May following a six-figure investment in the venue.
