Merlin Entertainments have proudly announced that their much-anticipated Peter Rabbit Explore and Play will be opening on Blackpool’s Promenade in February. The £1 Million brand new attraction, located next door to Madame Tussauds, joins Merlin’s six other family friendly venues including The Blackpool Tower and Sea Life Blackpool.

Based on the much-loved animated television series produced by Silvergate Media, Peter Rabbit Explore and Play has been 18 months in the making.  Visitors will be invited to hop into the over-sized world of Peter and his friends to ’embark on an adventure across five fluffy-tailed themed zones’.

Merlin says: “Guests will need to think like a rabbit, move like a rabbit and deploy rabbit-like senses with a whole burrow-full of creativity in order to complete the challenges and earn badges – seeing if they have the skills to join the secret treehouse club.”
