Fylde Council Building Control Team today (Saturday 15th July) have been accessing structural concerns and placed a temporary closure on South Clifton Street in Lytham. Operational assessments have indicated the building is unsafe.
A resident commented, ‘It is one of Lytham’s oldest and important buildings and beautiful in original cobble. Let’s hope it can be repaired sympathetically.’
