After a record mild beginning to 2022, our weather conditions in Lytham St Anne’s will be much more seasonal from tomorrow (Tuesday 4th January) as perceived temperatures fall to as low as -5C, with stormy weather bringing strong gusts of wind.
Met Office weather forecaster Dan Stroud said: ‘After the exceptional warmth of the New Year with record breaking temperatures, there’s a marked change coming. On Tuesday and Wednesday the temperature will drop to average or below average with widespread frost becoming an issue.’
