Transformation Of Empty JRTaylor’s Store Moves One Step Closer

Further revised details centred on the application to redevelop the empty building that once was home to the long established JR Taylor’s store to a mixed use premises has been shared by Fylde Council. The submission is headlined by these initiatives:

  • A Spa at Basement Level
  • A Restaurant and Bar at Ground Level
  • Massage Rooms and Medical Treatment at First Floor Level
  • A Four Suite Hotel On the Second Floor

Among the other changes and enhancements to the building will be the creation of new entrances and the formation of first and second floor balconies.
