Possible dog snatching attempt, be very vigilant!!
A local lady has warned dog owners on a dedicated local Facebook group about some suspicious behavior she has witnessed.
I’m sorry this isn’t about Ralph, However, i know how many dog owners are on this page and i wanted to put a warning out there that today i found 2 people (male & female) at the back of my house recording mine and my neighbors gardens, out of a block of 5 terraced houses, 4 of us have Dogs. When they saw me they quickly walked away and got into their small white van. I have a partial reg number and have reported this to the police. Picture is of a similar van to what they got in, unfortunately i didn’t see the make and model. This happened In FY4 near Common Edge Road
