Wild Shore Bring A Brand New Outdoor Sports & Aqua Adventure Park To Weeton

Wild Shore, which boasts that it is the premier destination for outdoor water sports and adrenaline-pumping aqua adventures, is about to launch of its newest location in Weeton.

Scheduled to open later this month, on Wednesday 29th May, Wild Shore Blackpool promises to offer a wide range of attractions promising to get pulses racing. According to a Wild Shore spokesperson, the new Aqua Park will be a sprawling floating playground featuring tyre runs, ninja jumps, and slides, with the site also hosting stand-up paddleboarding, wakeboarding, Ringo rides, and open water swimming, providing endless opportunities for adventure-seekers to make a splash.

Formerly known as Blackpool Wake Park, the site at Weeton is now under the ownership of Wild Shore, marking a significant milestone for the water sports amenity, which has been a staple of the community for over a decade.

Callum Mark, CEO of Wild Shore, said, ‘We’re thrilled to be taking over this popular water sports business. Blackpool has always held a special place in our hearts, and we’re excited to continue the tradition of providing water-based adventure to the local community.’

Philippa Jones, Director of Fin’s Café Bar, who will be sharing the site, said, ‘We’re delighted to welcome Wild Shore to Blackpool. Their arrival is sure to inject a new level of excitement and energy into the area, and we can’t wait to see what they have in store for visitors.’

Another local business, Ream Hills Holiday Park operating from the same land, expressed their enthusiasm for the partnership. The Park Manager, Katie Lewin said, ‘Wild Shore’s commitment to delivering high-quality outdoor experiences aligns perfectly with our mission to provide unforgettable holidays. We’re thrilled to be part of this exciting venture.’

Meanwhile, Wild Shore’s other locations, Foxlake Adventures in East Lothian near Edinburgh, Wild Shore Dundee and Wild Shore Delamere based in Cheshire continue to attract thousand of visitors each year.
