BITE CLUB was launched in 2014 during the Brazil World Cup, with a three – night Brazilian BBQ pop-up at a secret location in Lytham.
Since then BITE CLUB has created secret supper clubs monthly with different themes and secret locations, mostly in the Lytham St. Annes area but also stretching to Manchester and one unforgettable Christmas Bash at Madame Tussauds in Blackpool, dining with the Royal Family and stars of the stage and screen.
Through the supper club’s success and popularity, outside catering and street food pop-ups were soon on the menu for BITE CLUB fans.
After a successful Summer BITE CLUB Friday Night Street Eats at Phil’s Bakery then the Estuary in Lytham, Shannon and the team (the family) decided that they should continue to feed people during lockdown 1.0. “Of course, it threw up all sorts of challenges and adaptations but we loved it and it gave a real structure to the week and allowed us as a family to work together.” Said BITE CLUB founder Shannon Kuspira.
Shannon makes everything she can in the BITE CLUB kitchen, using locally sourced and organic ingredients from sauces and seasonings to pickles and pastes.
Now BITE CLUB is back to feed you during the second lockdown and into the New Year.
