A fast-expanding Lancashire solicitor’s firm has chosen Lytham as the perfect location to open its third office.
Alexander Grace Law, a specialist in conveyancing and private client matters, has spent several months renovating the listed building in Clifton Street and is now ready to welcome new clients.
To celebrate the opening, Alexander Grace Law is offering a 25% on any new conveyancing, Wills or LPA matters for a limited period.
This is the second office which the award-winning firm has opened amid the pandemic. The first was launched in Blackpool in May, despite having to postpone an official public opening by the world heavyweight boxing champion Tyson Fury.
Donnamarie Sturrock, who set up the business three years ago with solicitor James Young, said:
“We’d been planning the launch of our Lytham and Blackpool offices for several months and we weren’t going to let the coronavirus hamper our efforts.
“So, we forged ahead with plans and while there have been a few delays, due to working with a listed building, the team have already been working together from our Blackpool office and are now set up ready in their new Lytham home.”
The company will adhere to strict Covid-19 restrictions as they open to the public and are sympathetic to individual needs.
Alexander Grace Law provides a modern, client-led legal service to clients in a range of areas, including Residential and Commercial Conveyancing, Lasting Power of Attorney, Wills, Probate & Estate Administration and Court of Protection.
The business has grown exponentially within its three years, going from a workforce of two to 43 at its original Burnley office, plans to grow the Blackpool team to 60 and the Lytham team to 12 in the next 12 months.
