Award Winning Lancashire Chef to Take Over Lytham’s Le Roti

The award winning Lancashire based chef, Paul Rowley, has announced that he will be taking over Lytham’s popular Rottisere brand, Le Roti.

Rowley co-owns one of the biggest premier outside event companies in Lancashire, with his business partner, Lindsay Campbell. The events company is set to make a comeback in spring 2021, depending on how the virus affects the hospitality industry next year. However, in the meantime, the award winning chef intends to build upon the existing reputation of the Le Roti company, and bring his skills to Lytham locals.

Set to open on the 4th November, despite lockdown 2.0, Rowley intends to provide a home delivery service, with a range of patisserie, fine wines and daily specials. Allowing locals to experience his award winning skills in the comfort of their own home, making lockdown that little bit easier.

Le Roti currently supplies Lytham locals with homemade soups, salads, cakes and freshly roasted rotisserie chicken – with legendary Sunday dinner takeaways, above par for any other Lytham restaurant providing delivered roast dinners.

During the first lockdown, Rowley worked to develop a home delivery service allowing households to enjoy contemporary fine dining in the comfort & security of their own home during the pandemic. His endeavours paid off as he shared with the public, “the feedback I have received has been amazing and its been gratifying to be able to help clients celebrate a special occasion in the safety and comfort of their own home during these testing times.”

As the hospitality industry heavily relies on Christmas work parties, many businesses will have an enormous chunk of their annual income missing this year and covid restrictions have cancelled all potential of Christmas party outings. However, as a forward thinking entrepreneur, Rowley is currently working on a ‘Virtual Xmas Party’ concept, allowing companies to order quality, ready-to-eat food packages, including a bottle of fizz, delivered directly to their employees. They can then enjoy a ‘Zoom’ Christmas party with their colleagues.

Chef Rowley’s Facebook announcement read:
“I N T R O D U C I N G… Le Rôti by Chef Paul Rowley 👨🏼‍🍳 🐓
So the wait is over… and I can’t wait any more to share my good news! As a local, sand grown businessman I am beyond excited to be embarking on my new business venture @le_roti. An established, well known takeaway eatery right in the heart of Lytham.
Opening Wednesday 4th November… my aim is to build on the existing reputation and repertoire of dishes. I will be adding my experience and expertise in creating some new food offers, including my well loved @chefpaulrowley fine dine home delivery service, a range of patisserie, fine wines and daily specials.
I can’t wait to meet all @le_roti existing clients and equally I can’t wait for @chefpaulrowley clients to come on board!
Look forward to seeing you all very soon, PR 👨🏽‍🍳👍🏼🌈
