MP Menzies Acts Mercilessly On Badly Positioned Parcels Unit

Fylde MP Mark Menzies has acted swiftly to hasten the relocation of a badly positioned InPost Parcel unit on the railway platform at Lytham. Station.

An elated MP Menzies proudly said, ‘The decision to site a parcels unit on the platform at Lytham, obscuring the ‘welcome’ sign paid for by our local community was the wrong one. The unit did not have planning permission. I am pleased that after I raised the matter with Northern and Fylde Council, the sensible decision has been taken to relocate the parcels collection point. A good result all round.’

Not everyone is overtly impressed with MP Menzies self-congratulatory message.

Helen Pollard Barr said, ‘He can sort the little things but still voted for 💩 in the waterways and sea.’

Peter Naylor was perhaps being ironic when he quipped, ‘Earning that salary well done!’, whilst Maleeha Sharkey exclaimed, ‘Wowwwww Mark! How lucky we are to have you! 👏👏👏 it’s time to get your coat!’
