A Peaceful Holiday Leisure Village Coming Soon To Great Birchwood

Do You Remember Great Birchwood Country Park ? After years of neglect, Great Birchwood and its buildings have been hidden in disrepair.

Previous ownership had plans for new-build housing projects which many believed to be a sad end to a place with so much history and happy memories. The 27-Acre Park has an abundance of wild-life such as deer, owls, bats, buzzards, squirrels, otters, herons and shelducks that all call this place home too. What was previously a Holiday Park now has the opportunity to be brought back to life, with the help of brothers Josh and Zachary.

Zachary says: ‘We have worked together for several years now, most recently on Pendle View Holiday Park in the Ribble Valley. We are lucky to have a great team and somehow never to have had an argument. We are originally from Lytham St.Anne’s and feel very lucky to have this opportunity to develop such a special location so close to home”.

The Park will be renamed to Great Birchwood Leisure Village and aims to become a peaceful Holiday Park with nature by its side.
