Angels Save ‘Santa’s Sleigh’ To Bring Joy Across Lytham St. Anne’s

Lytham Round Table sent out a plea earlier this month for financial donations to fix the Santa Sleigh, and ‘Visiting Angels’, a home care company based in Lytham St Anne’s wanted to step in! The Angels most generously donated the full amount to fix the Sleigh…….. and here is the reason why the Angels were only too happy to help.

Lisa Footman, who is the managing director of Visiting Angels, tells how her late father sadly passed away very suddenly in October 2021. He was a dedicated Round Tabler who originally set up the Santa Sleigh back in the 1980s. For many decades, the traditional Santa Sleigh has been a much loved and anticipated feature of the local festive season.  The most kind donation means that the Sleigh can continue its so welcome journey around Lytham St. Anne’s, bringing  joy not only to children but everyone including ‘Visiting Angels’ elderly clients
